Questions remain in '98 Sandusky case

 STATE COLLEGE, Pa. – A top assistant to the prosecutor who reviewed the first known allegations of improper conduct by former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky in 1998 said Thursday that a search of the office turned up no records explaining the decision not to bring charges against the coach at that time.
