Some people just don't get it, so here it is again. It is CHRISTmas, named in honor of the birth of CHRIST, It is a CHRISTian Holy Day. I have a CHRISTmas Tree, not a holiday tree. We call it CHRISTmas tree because we are CHRISTians and choose to honor CHRIST. In case you are wondering, CHRIST's first name was Jesus, it was not Holi. I have not seen a reference in the CHRISTian bible to anyone name Holi. Also my Jewish friends call my tree a CHRISTmas tree, During Hanukkah, which this year is from 12/20 to 12/28, I call their Menorah a Menorah, I don't call it a candelabra. It is called respect for peoples beliefs. More people should get some.
