Rory Koch, who is charged with 12 counts of possession of child pornography, turned himself into the Ramsey County jail on Wednesday night. He was released after posting $10,000 bond. (Photo from Ramsey County sheriff's office.) He has worked for the House since 1999. In 2010, Koch ran against Ramsey County District 4 Commissioner Toni Carter and took 25 percent of the vote. Koch was previously chairman of the 4th Congressional District Republicans.
