FBI offers reward in alleged kidnap case

MINNEAPOLIS - The FBI says it's offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest of a Minnesota man accused of abducting his estranged wife.
Arrest warrants have been issued for Timothy Caskey on federal and state kidnapping charges, a state charge of false imprisonment, a parole violation and vehicle theft in New Braunfels, Texas, where officials say the couple has been spotted.
Authorities say 44-year-old Roberta Lynn Caskey was abducted by her estranged husband while walking in Virginia, Minn., July 14. A restraining order prohibits Timothy Caskey from having any contact with his wife.
The U.S. Border Patrol has been alerted because Timothy Caskey has frequented Mexico in the past and speaks fluent Spanish.
