"Governor Dayton is a man of integrity,"Kurt Zellers said in his usual easygoing, no-worries manner. "There's a way to get an agreement so that he wins and we win and we lose and he loses.
His state statement is exactly what is wrong with the budget negotiations. Somewhere along the line the Democrats and the Republicans have forgot that this is not about which party wins, it is about the people of the the State of Minnesota. Both parties should be concerned that the people win.
